Yatao Liu

Yatao Liu obtained his Ph.D. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA in 2008. Yatao conducted postdoctoral training at New York University focusing on molecular diagnosis of infectious pathogens from 2008 to 2011.

Yatao’s Ph.D. research on bacterial adhesion and infection prevention has been featured on multiple new reports including ABC, Fox, U.S. News, etc. He published over 20 peer-reviewed research papers that have been cited over 400 times, has given over 50 presentations at National/International conferences, has authored two book chapters, and holds 6 patents.

Currently, Yatao is the Senior Manager, Global Medical and Clinical Affairs at Metrex / Danaher Corporation (#149 of Fortune 500).
