Take the worry out of equipment repair and calibration with benefits like Loaner Coverage, Free Shipping, Free Parts and Labor, Remote Technical Support, Accessory Protection and much more.
Coverage is available for the following Welch Allyn Equipment: SureSight, WA OAE, MicroTymp 3, Spot Vital Signs LXi, Spot Vital Signs BP, Connex ProBP 3400, SureTemp Thermometer, ThermoScan Pro 4000 Thermometer. You may purchase this program with a new equipment purchase or on equipment you already own in 1 or 2 year increments.
*Once registered, you will receive an agreement from Welch Allyn to work directly together on your equipment repair needs.

Remote Technical Support - Troubleshoot issues, download updates and more using our trained technical staff and the Welch Allyn Service Tool
Parts and Labor - everything is included in your agreement

| Faq | Q: How does the Accessory Protection work? If the device is under a Partners In Care service agreement, customers are entitled to replace one accessory per year per device that has been damaged or broken for whatever reason. If more than one category of accessories is selected then the customer is entitled to both/all, one per year, per device. Customer is required to send the defective accessory back to Welch Allyn after receiving new accessory. If the accessory is under warranty and "defective" the replacement should not be charged against the PIC agreement, but under the standard warranty. PIC agreement covers the accessory if it's damaged (for whatever reason). Accessories must be damaged or broken. |
