Faq | Q: How does the Accessory Protection work? If the device is under a Partners In Care service agreement, customers are entitled to replace one accessory per year per device that has been damaged or broken for whatever reason. If more than one category of accessories is selected then the customer is entitled to both/all, one per year, per device. Customer is required to send the defective accessory back to Welch Allyn after receiving new accessory. If the accessory is under warranty and "defective" the replacement should not be charged against the PIC agreement, but under the standard warranty. PIC agreement covers the accessory if it's damaged (for whatever reason). Accessories must be damaged or broken. |
