Offer valid July 1,2024 - September 30, 2024. To be eligible for offer, customer must purchase a new Welch Allyn Spot Vision Screener (model number VS100S-B or VS100SH-B) and provide proof of purchase, W-9, photo of trade-in device with serial number or UPC label visible as indicated on the redemption form found at  https://www.hillrom.com/svsupgrade.
