COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT MODULE can be used to assess student understanding of health and fitness concepts. This module can be used with the Five for Life curriculum or as a stand-alone module. The question bank contains 1,400 questions aligned with the Five for Life curriculum. Users may also design their own questions and assessments based on their unique needs. WELNET provides historical data, automatic scoring, and a variety of reporting options for students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
